Robin Hood's Bay
With wedding season being in full swing i've been slacking on the social media front! Sorry! But, here's a preview from a wedding I had the pleasure of documenting mid May this year, when Molly & Dan said they were looking for really relaxed, natural documentary style images, that captured fun, real moments, I knew they were my ideal clients, when they said their wedding was in Robin Hood's bay, I realised they were my perfect clients!
Their day was so wonderfully unique to them and their friends and family, and it was a pleasure. Bacon roll and prosecco on the beach first thing, followed by walk (HIKE!) up to the top to get ready, back down to the Secret Seaview Chapel where an acapella version of 'Ain't no mountain high enough' was sang by everyone, most of you know by now that i'm an emotional person and I cry at all weddings, this just tipped me over the edge! So beautiful! Following the ceremony, everyone headed up to the reception (back up the hill) to Flyingdales village hall where a Whitby fish and chip dinner awaited, followed by an ice-cream van for dessert! Perfect!
The day was full of love, emotion and laughter and as always, it's an honour to be able to witness and capture moments like these.
